- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 4 clove garlic minced
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Salt and black pepper
- Finely chop the onion and the garlic and prepare a pan with 4 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Sauté onion and garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the canned tomatoes and fill up the can with water and add. Add oregano, bring to a boil stirring often. Lower the heat and simmer for 45 minutes, add sugar, season with salt and pepper.
