- 50g Butter
- 50g All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- Once you measured the ingredients you need, melt the butter in a saucepan and add flour.
- Cook gently for 1 minute, stirring. And then add 1 cup of milk whisking constantly, until incorporated.
- Add the second cup of milk, whisk until smooth and add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
