Fresh Pasta

Homemade pasta will boost your gourmet cooking credit in short order. Making fresh pasta from scratch will impress your friends all the time. You can shape it all the way you want and it’s done in less than half an hour.

The formula is so easy: For each person you cook for you will need 1 egg and 100g of flour

Yield: 3 persons                                                Time: 15 min

Fresh Pasta

  • 300g All Purpose Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • Pinch of salt


1. On a clean surface make a little “volcano” with the flour, add in the middle salt and the fresh eggs.


2.With the help of a fork whisk all the ingredients together until all the flour is combined.


3. Knead the pasta until you have a smooth dough. Cover the pasta with a clean cloth and make it rest for at least 15 minutes.


4.Roll out the dough until you have the desired thickness, once you’ve rolled your pasta the way you want it, you can cut it at any shape.
