Homemade lasagna is always a lot of work to make, especially when you do everything from scratch. But once you have a meaty Bolognese Sauce, a creamy Béchamel Sauce, some freshly made pasta and a blend of your favorite cheeses, assemble the lasagna is fun and when you try it you will realize that the hard work was well worth it.

- 200g fresh pasta
- 800g Bolognese Sauce
- 600g Bechamel Sauce
- 300g Cheese
- Start assembling the lasagna putting on the bottom of the tray some Bolognese sauce. Cover it with the first layer of pasta and cover with Bolognese Sauce again.
- Spoon some Béchamel Sauce, sprinkle cheese and cover with another layer of pasta.
- Repeat the same by covering with Bolognese, Béchamel, Cheese and pasta.
- Cover the last layer of pasta with Béchamel and cheese and put it in a preheated oven at 220C for 20 minutes.
