How to make Lasagna

Homemade lasagna is always a lot of work to make, especially when you do everything from scratch. But once you have a meaty Bolognese Sauce, a creamy Béchamel Sauce, some freshly made pasta and a blend of your favorite cheeses, assemble the lasagna is fun and when you try it you will realize that the hard work was well worth it.

Yeald: 8                                Time: 2 hours

Ingredients

  • 200g fresh pasta
  • 800g Bolognese Sauce
  • 600g Bechamel Sauce
  • 300g Cheese

Directions

  1. Start assembling the lasagna putting on the bottom of the tray some Bolognese sauce. Cover it with the first layer of pasta and cover with Bolognese Sauce again.
  2. Spoon some Béchamel Sauce, sprinkle cheese and cover with another layer of pasta.
  3. Repeat the same by covering with Bolognese, Béchamel, Cheese and pasta.
  4. Cover the last layer of pasta with Béchamel and cheese and put it in a preheated oven at 220C for 20 minutes.
