My name is Paolo Rigotti, I’m swiss-italian-filipino and I’m a food enthusiastic.
Food for me is much more than something that you put in your mouth to fulfill your stomach; it’s a true passion, a constant quest, and from big part of my life a career. I’ve never been scared to challenges when it comes to food, therefore I’ve been lucky enough to work in several professional kitchens in different countries. From dishwasher to Station Chef, busboy to restaurant owner, cook helper to educator. Now I’m taking the new challenge to blog about it.
